Free Paper Guidelines

  1. Free paper submissions require an oral presentation. Accepted authors will be asked to present a 7- minute talk + 1 minute discussion at the Congress.
  2. Please prepare the oral presentation as a PowerPoint file to be delivered during the congress. Your oral presentation will be 7 minutes with 1 minute discussion. Max size allowed for the powerpoint is 200MB.
  3. Please upload your powerpoint presentation at the button link below by 1st October 2025.

E-Poster Guidelines

  • Accepted abstracts for e-posters must be prepared in a PDF format in LANDSCAPE orientation. Details as below:
  • Identifiers: Must be at the top portion of the e-poster and must include: Name of primary author (in boldface) and contributing authors, Institution affiliation/s (preferably with logo/s), Flag of country of origin, AOS 2025 logo.
  • Please use the template attached for your convenience. [E-poster template – Click to download]
  • File format: pdf ( LANDSCAPE orientation, 16:9 aspect ratio)
  • Size: 20.9 inches x 11.7 inches ( width x height) Max 150MB
  • Font types: Arial , Calibri, times New Roman, Montserrat, Helvetica, or Roboto
  • Font size: It is recommended that Content and figures/tables not be smaller than 11
  • Content:
  • For case presentations:
    • Title, Introduction & Background, Objectives & Significance, Case Presentation & Discussion, Conclusion
  • Media: Pictures, graphs, and tables can be included, given that patient confidentiality is upheld, and proper consent has been obtained.
  • There will be a selection for 8 best e-poster discussion. If you are selected, you are required to prepare a 3-minute oral presentation with 2- minute Q&A. You will be notified of the time and venue for the presentation through the corresponding author’s email.

All e-posters must be uploaded through the button link below by end of Wednesday, 1st October 2025 (GMT +8).

Video Guidelines

  1. Video submission must be according to categories; surgical procedures, clinical assessment/technique, advocacy/public awareness and education.
  2. The duration of video recording should not exceed 2 minutes. It must be in MP4 format. The file should not exceed 500MB.
  3. The video will be played for 2 minutes followed by 2-minutes discussion with the presenter. Please submit your videos at the button link below by Wednesday, 1st October 2025 (GMT+8).

All video submissions must be original. Any form of plagiarism is subjected to direct rejection.

Financial disclosures for all authors have been included.

Please be noted that AOS 2025 retains the copyright to all materials presented at the Congress and may reproduce these materials in any form for distribution.
