General Ophthalmologist

I obtained a basic medical degree from the University of Science Malaysia in 1997. Since then, I have served in the Ministry of Health.

In 2006, I obtained a master’s degree in ophthalmology from the University of Science Malaysia. I was gazetted in the Hospital Umum Sarawak, Kuching, from June 1st to November 30th, 2006.

I was transferred to Miri Hospital on October 16th, 2007, and became the head of the department of ophthalmology there from 2007 to 2024 (17 years). After 27 years of service with the Ministry of Health, I resigned and now work as a private general ophthalmologist at Miri City Medical Centre.
