Dr Leo Seo Wei is a senior consultant ophthalmologist at Dr Leo Adult & Paediatric Eye Specialist in Singapore with over 25 years of experience.

She specialises in myopia control, cataract surgery, strabismus, and paediatric eye diseases.

A graduate of the National University of Singapore, she also holds qualifications from the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh), Academy of Medicine Singapore, and the United States. She completed fellowships at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Dr Leo previously led Paediatric Ophthalmology at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and was Visiting Senior Consultant at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

An active educator and researcher, she has published widely, spoken at more than 100 international conferences, and performed live surgeries and workshops abroad. She serves on the WSPOS executive board, MOH committees, and multiple professional bodies, and has received research and service awards. She also volunteers, mentors, and joins medical missions across Asia.
