Dr Loo Cheng Yi is a Senior Resident currently training with Singapore National Eye Centre. She completed her medical degree in the University of Edinburgh in 2018, and attained the FRCOphth in 2025. Her research and clinical interests include medical retina, low vision, global eye health, cataracts, and glaucoma.
