Dr Mohd Aziz bin Husni is the head of Ophthalmology Department and the glaucoma service, Tengku Ampuan Afzan Hospital, Kuantan, Malaysia. He is currently the Vice President of the College of Ophthalmologists, Academy of Medicine Malaysia, and member of the Malaysian Optical Council.
He chairs the Malaysian Medical Council, Specialty Evaluation Subcommittee for Ophthalmology, and the Malaysian Optical Council, Evaluation Committee.
He is past Malaysian Ministry of Health, Head of Ophthalmology service. Dr Mohd Aziz bin Husni did his postgraduate training at the Science University of Malaysia (USM).
He later did his one-year clinical glaucoma fellowship at the University of Otago, New Zealand, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education from the Newcastle University. His interest is in medical education and quality in health care.
