Dr. Tsiang Ung is a UK-trained consultant cataract refractive surgeon based in Penang, specialising in strabismus, paediatric ophthalmology, and oculoplastic surgery.

She is a leading expert in eye longevity, focusing on myopia management, advanced dry eye care, and the health of the optic nerve and macula. Dr. Tsiang is an examiner for the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, a regular conference speaker, and a committee member of the Malaysian Paediatric Ophthalmology Society (MYPOS) and a founding member of Malaysian Society of Oculoplastic Surgeons (MSOPRS).

In addition to her clinical expertise, she is dedicated to giving back to society, organising an annual cataract campaign with Soroptimist Pearl and House of Hope Penang, offering free surgeries to those in need.
