Nazurah has served as a Nurse Clinician and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in Ophthalmology (Glaucoma and Retina Services) since October 2023.

She holds a Master of Nursing from the National University of Singapore and completed a 12-month integrated APN internship across major hospitals, with a focus on glaucoma, retina, and general ophthalmology.

Her prior experience includes Day Surgery and Outpatient Retina services. Additionally, she supports clinical care by administering intravitreal injections in Retina clinics and contributes to nursing education, research, and policy development as a member of the nursing policy and procedures committee.

Passionate about advancing ophthalmic nursing, Nazurah aims to expand service provision to empower patients and caregivers in managing eye conditions—preventing blindness and improving vision outcomes.
