Important Notes

Registration fees include tea / coffee breaks, lunches, meeting materials, certificate of attendance and entry to Trade Exhibition (Only for Full Congress Delegates)
Trade Delegates and Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibition Hall only.
Gala Night ticket is not included in the registration fee and must be purchased separately.

Official receipts will be issued upon request only.

Confirmation

Registration will be confirmed via e-mail upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
Please bring along the email confirmation and present it at the Registration Counter when collecting your Delegate Badge on the Congress Day. (Actual time and date will be informed in due course by email).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Organising Committee at secretariat@aos2025.org
Cancellations received before 1st October 2025 will be refunded minus an administrative fee of BND 50.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after 1st October 2025 or for no-shows.
